Coastal Land trust has negotiated and signed a contract to purchase the South End of Topsail Island. This area is also known as the point and where Serenity point is located.
Affectionately known as “The South End” or “The Point”, the pristine 149+ acre property has 1.6 miles of shoreline and offers refuge to a wide variety of species.
